Appointment Of Chief Executive Officer Of Subsidiary

The Board of Directors of Q & M Dental Group (Singapore) Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") is pleased to announce that Dr Cheah Kim Fee has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of its subsidiary company, Q & M Dental Holdings (China) Pte Ltd and he has resigned as CEO of Q & M Dental Group (China) Pte Ltd, another of its subsidiary company.
