Resignation Of General Counsel And Operations Director

The Board of Directors of Q & M Dental Group (Singapore) Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Valliappan Subramaniam as General Counsel and Operations Director of the Company with effect from 3 December 2013.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Valliappan Subramaniam for his past services rendered to the Company.

Mr Andrew Young and Ms Dai Cheng have been appointed as legal counsels to handle duties of the outgoing General Counsel.
