The Placement Shares has been allotted from the Company's treasury shares. The Company has an issued and paid-up capital of 946,442,940 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares). The Company has not make an application to the SGX-ST for the listing and quotation of the Placement Shares on the Mainboard of the SGX-ST as the Placement Shares is allotted from the Company's treasury shares. Upon the completion of the Placement, the Company's treasury shares is reduced from 19,422,407 to 18,902,407. |
