The Company was officially listed on the SGX-ST at 9.00 a.m. on 26 November 2009 (the "listing"). Dr Ng holds 4,000,046 shares and has a deemed interest in 195,999,954 shares in total issued share capital of the Company representing 1.50% and 71.51% shareholding respectively in the Company immediately after the listing. The deemed interest arises from Dr Ng's 44% shareholding in Quan Min Holdings Pte. Ltd.which is a substantial shareholder of the Company. |
