The CEO of Q & M Dental Group (China) Pte Ltd should have relevant knowledge and experience in order to carry out his duties efficiently. The Nominating Committee has interviewed Dr Cheah and found him suitable for the role of CEO. Thus Dr Cheah was recommended to the Board and the approval to appoint him as CEO of Q & M Dental Group (China) Pte Ltd was duly given by the Board. | |
