Reconstitution Of The Board And Board Committees

The Board of Directors of Q & M Dental Group (S) Limited wishes to announce that following the retirement of Mr Wong Hin Sun Eugene at the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 26 April 2013, he also ceased as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr Ng Weng Sui Harry is appointed as the new Chairman of the Audit Committee and resigned as Chairman of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees.

The Board and Board Committees of the Company shall henceforth be as follows:-
