Clarification - Notice Of Books Closure Date For Dividend

Reference is made to Q & M Dental Group (Singapore) Limited's (the "Company") announcement number: 00016 relating to the Notice of Books Closure Date for Dividend (the "Dividend") made today.

The Company wishes to clarify that the payment type should read as "Tax Exempted (1-tier)" instead of "Tax Exempted".
